Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the WildeBees Mods website or services.
1. Services
WildeBees Mods provides automotive modification services including but not limited to sound system installations, ECU tuning, exhaust upgrades, and performance modifications. All services are performed at our workshop located at 24 Strydom Street, Standerton, 2430.
2. Bookings & Quotes
All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Bookings require confirmation from both parties. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion. A deposit may be required before work commences.
3. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash and EFT. All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
4. Warranty
Workmanship is warranted for 3 months from the date of service. This warranty covers defects in installation but does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or third-party interference. Parts carry the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable.
5. ECU Tuning Disclaimer
ECU tuning is performed at the vehicle owner’s sole risk. Modifications to engine management software may affect your vehicle’s warranty with the manufacturer. WildeBees Mods accepts no liability for consequential damage, mechanical failure, or loss resulting from ECU modifications.
6. Liability
WildeBees Mods shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
7. Vehicle Care
While vehicles are in our care, we take reasonable precautions to prevent damage. However, we do not accept responsibility for pre-existing conditions or damage that could not reasonably have been foreseen during normal workshop operations.
8. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before a scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa.
